There have been eleven additional fatalities at Peniscola, 37 at Benicarlo, and nine at Vinaroz. SULTAN'S PALACE ON FIRE. Constantinople, February G. The centre building of the Sublime Porte, the Sultan's Court, has been destroyed by fire. The Foreign Office and the Grand Vizier's office escaped. RUSSIAN MOBILISATION. London, February 6. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Pall Mall Gazette says that Russia has got nearly 1100 battalions of infantry at full war strength on the Aus-tro-Gennan borders, with 1000 squadrons and 500 batteries.
