An entire fishing village, established on the ice outside Bjorko Sound, consisting of 253 men, their huts, and horses, has been carried to sea during a violent gale. The British cruiser Glasgow's whaleboat capsized during a regatta at Villargarcia, and four bluejackets were drowned. HERR SINGER'S FUNERAL. Received 0, 9.15 p.m. Berlin, February 6. There was an impressive demonstration at Herr Singer's funeral. A procession of 50,000, marching five and six abreast, started from the office of the newspaper Vorwerts at noon, and the final contingent reached the Fredreichsfeldt cemetery at nightfall.
