LIBEL ON THE KING
GERMAN SYMPATHY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin, February 3. The Lokalanzeiget .states that King George's action shows how sharply he felt the injury as a man and a father, and how little disposed he was to relinquish his right as a man and a citizen to combat such slanderers in person. The monarch defended his personal honor with the Royal word, and thereby most surely crushed the head of the reptile of calumny.
