Hawera and Eltliam played an unfinished game at Elthani in Wednesday, the former scoring 130 and the latter 115 for eight wickets, when stumps were drawn. The match was most Interesting, and caused considerable excitement as the time for drawing of stumps drew near. Two wickets to go and only 16 runs to get to score a win. Eltbam, however, decided not to go on.
