A SETTLER DISAPPEARS. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. Sydney, January 20. At Herbertshohe, New Britain, Harry Liversey, a settler, and two natives capsized in a boat. One native swam ashore for assistance, wTiile the others clung to the boat. Nothing has since been seen of the boat or its occupants. THE BRADDON CLAUSE. Melbourne, January 25. Melbourne, January 25. A party of tourists at Mount Buffalo encountered an electrical storm. Their hair literally stood on end, and the party felt a tingling sensation, but were not injured.
