LITTLE POWERS AT VARIANCE
HOLLAND AND VENEZUELA. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. The Hague, January 18. Dr. Swindercn, Minister of Foreign Affairs, informed an interviewer that Venezuela had replied in unfavorable terms to the protocol for the restoration of diplomatic relations with Holland. The Venezuelan Commissioner had thereupon resigned and left Holland.
