THE OSBORNE JUDGMENT
IN AUSTRALIA. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 19, 15 a.m. Sydney, January 18. Mr. Justice Gordon granted an interim judgment against the Tllawarra colliery Employees Association restraining them from paying £2OO as a subscription to the Federal Coal and Shale-workers' Association. Counsel stated that as the objects of the federation were political, the diversion of union funds to it fell within the prohibition of the Osborne Judgment.
