SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ~~ Wellington, Last Night. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' Bummary add forecast:— The barometer rose everywhere on Monday night, but has fallen slightly everywhere to-day. Winds have been moderate and variable, but northerly winds now prevail, except in the southern districts and the west coast of the South Island, where westerly winds are still reported. Present indications are for increasing haziness, with changeable weather generally. Freshening northerly winds will probably prevail, and the barometer will fall slowly everywhere.
