Efforts to organise an ex-South African campaigners' filibustering expedition to Mexico have been made 011 behalf of the revolutionaries in several Canadian cities, including Vancouver. Two hundred pounds a month was the pay offered. It is understood that the money was furnished by wealthy corporations, who hope to benefit by the overthrow of President Diaz's dictatorship.
