Mr. Haveloek Wilson attended a private meeting of seamen and firemen at Liverpool in connection with the organisation of the proposed seamen's and firemen's strike, but declined to make any statement to the Press. Shipowners at Glasgow consider it unnecessary to take any special steps to counteract Wilson's policy.
