The Everton Grange has been refloated, and divers are examining her. YACHTIXG DISPUTE. Melbourne. January 14. The first race for the Xorthcote Cup between the yacht Cuhvalla 11, representing New South Wales, and the Killara, of Victoria, was postponed on ac-' count of the rough weather. The Culwalhi was at the post, and Mr. Marks, the owner, was prepared to sail. He now refuses the contest, and is returning to Sydney.
