A CREW SUSPECTED. By Cable,—Press Association. —Copyright Received 15, 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, January 15. The schooner Emma H. has arrived at Halifax, the crew reporting that gales started the ship, and obliged them to abandon the voyage to Victoria, British Columbia, and that the captain had been lost oveirboard. Suspicion has been aroused, as there is no appearance of the slightest damage to the. vessel. It is believed that there was a plot to murder the captain.
