I THE PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. The Rev. S. Henderson, retiring president, addressing the conference to-day, j said that members, of the church had i full cause to rejoice at. the progress j which the church had made. The prej sent membership was .'1273, an increase j for the year of 127. The finances were all in a sound condition. It was plain, , he said, that the life of God had been crowded out of modern experience by an inrush of other interests. They did not wish to return to the full programme of Puritan theology, but they did wish to bring their church, anil through her the people, to a sense of divine reality.
