„ SENTENCES IN BERLIN, v By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin, January 12. Of thirty-five Moabit rioters tried, one was sentenced to three and a half years for striking a policeman, another to eighteen months', the rest to from one to nine months' imprisonment. The Court reported that the police far exceeded their powers, but it was a difficult duty, and the Court was convinced they had not acted with sheer brutality.
