SCOW ASHORE. Westport, Friday.—While being towed out of Karamea this morning by the steamer Mangapapa, the scow Zingara, timber-laden for Sydney, -went ashore on the North Spit, where she now lies. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa brought 132 tons of cargo from, Onehunga yesterday morning, including 3 tons of manure, 42 tons of cement, 23 tons of flour, 10 tons of sugar, and 600 cases of fruit, besides 1400 feet of timber. The Federal-Houlder-Shire liner Nairnshire is expected to leave Newcastle for Waitara this week, and after taking in Home cargo will go on to Wellington, being due there about January 23. From Wellington vessel goes on to Timaru and Lyttelton to complete loading operations. She is expected to leave the latI ter port for Avonmouth on January 31.
