SUMMARY AND FORECAST. ' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast:—Cloudy and misty weather has prevailed in the north, but a complete change has taken place in the south, where strong southeasterly winds have brought rain, cold and squally weather. The barometer has fallen steadily in the north, but has risen and fallen again in the south. Present indications are for cold, stormy and wet weather generally, with heavy rain in parts. The barometer will probably fall' everywhere, and high northerly! -winds will prevail northward of New"' Plymouth and Napier, and south-easter-ly winds elsewhere. __ j ■;, ■ -
