M. MOIKSAXTS DEATH. Received 11, 1.15 a.m. New York, January 10. The investigation of experts shows that Moissant's machine, from which he met his death, was in perfect condition immediately before the accident, and the controls perfect afterwards, indicating that the disaster was not due to the imperfection of the machine. The actual cause was held to be inexplicable.
