A HOPEFUL VIEW. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Sydney, January 10. Dr. Clark, ex-meinber of the House of Commons, who is in Sydney, en route for New Zealand, states that he does not think Home Rule will meet further serious opposition except from the irreconcilables of Ulster. There are no burning questions fn Ireland that will lead to unjust legislation.
