WHITE SEA FISHERIES
FOREIGNERS WARNED OFF. By Cable—Presa Association—Copyright. Received 8, 5.5 p.m. St. Petersburg, January 7. A Bill introduced in the Duma forbids foreigners fishing in the White Sea within twelve miles of any point of Arcangel, or near any of the surrounding islands. Penalties ranging from one to six months' imprisonment are provided.
