THE BOUNDARY DISPUTE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 5, 10.45 p.m. London, January 5. Major A. Woodrolfe, Captain H. Toppin, Lieutenants M. Nanson and C. G. Moore, have been sent to Peru for three years to demarcate the frontier between Peru and Bolivia. They sailed yesterday. Lima, January 5, Peru has agreed to submit the dispute with Ecuador to The Hague Tribunal.
