We quote hens Is 4d to Is lOd; cockerels, Is 4d to "2s-; ducks, Is 4d to Is 8d; ducklings, Is Id to 's Gd; roosters, Is 4d to 2s Id; chickens, fid to !)d. In the mart a large quantity of furniture was sold at satisfactory prices. Fruit.—Large consignments of new season's fruit arrived for the Christmas trade, and found a good market.
