RESTORATION OF ORDER. By Cable—.Press Association—Copyright Received 3, 9.25 p.m. London, January 3. Persia has informed Sir Edward Grey that a number of European officers have been selected to assist the Governor of F«rs in reorganising the local forces. The Governor commands ten thousand regulars. A portion of the loan*.now being negotiated will be devoted to the restoration of order on the Bushire-Shiraz-lvazorum road. Four hundred Kasgar .riflemen and a number of cavalry are cooperating with the Governor.
