Dewaol, 'Administrator of Cape Colony. Six new Privy Councillors include the Master of Elibanlc, Messrs, Mahon and Fischer, South African Minister of Lands. A dozen Baronets include C. W. Macara, Chairman of Committee of the International Federation of Master Cotton Spinners' Association; William Younger, ex-M.P., a supporter of consumptive sanatoria; Dr. Jameson, Leader of the South African Opposition; Graaf, South African Minister of Public Works. The thirteen Commanders of the Order of St. Michael and St. George include Sir Newton Moore, ex-Premier of Westralia, and Abe Bailey. The twenty-eight Knights Bachelor include Jesse Herbert, Liberal organiser; Joseph Lyons, caterer, who is a supporter of the Territorials; Sidney Colvin, and George Warner, of the British Musemn; Dr. J. M. Redmond, Henry J. Wood, orchestral conductor.
