In consequence of the commutation of Durand's sentence, the Trades Unions Association of the Seine has cancelled to-day's projected demonstration outside the Eylsee, and summoned labor organisations to prepare for a general strike, frith a view of obtaining a revision of the trial. The manager a-nd three of the editorial staff of La Guerre, a Socialist paper, have been indicted for inciting soldiers to insubordination. A number, including M. Pataud, have been discharged.
