Omata District, with six-roomed house and outbuildings thereon, together with 13 acres of" land facing Main South road, subdivided into three paddocks, orchard and garden, situated aboUt 3y 2 miles from New Plymouth Post Office. Also,— • Part of Section 44, Omata District, containing 15 acres of land, facing Sealey road.

All those pieces of land situate in the Township of Fitzroy West, containing together two roods four perches and ninety-two .hundredths of a perch, be the same a little more or less, being the sections numbered one hundred and two, one hundred and three, one hundred and four, and one hundred and five on the plan of the said Township, and being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 50, Folio 38, Taranaki Registry.
