Bartoney, a divorcee, arid his lover, have been arrested on a charge of the murder of the woman whose remains were found in a laundry basket. The remains were ,thoße "of Louisa Weas, a blouse-maker. The police discovered other portions of the body, a newspaper wheiein the head was wrapped, and charred bones in, a stove in Bartoney's room.
