INSURGENT EXCESSES. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Mexico, December 24. Insurgent scouts entered Chihuahua and distributed circulars announcing the rebels' intention to occupy the city. A Federal patrol attacked the scouts and the latter fled. A dozen bridges were burned on the Mexican north-western railroad. New York, November 25. Seven hundred Mexicans crossed the Texan frontier to escape the excesses of the revolutionaries, who have destroyed more railway bridges. HEAVY FIGHTING. Received 28, 12.5 a.m. • Mexico, December 27. Heavy fighting at MalpoSo is reported, but fhere are no details.
