THE STORY REVIVED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright, Received 28, 12.5 a.m. New York, December 27. The explorer, Dr. Cook, referring to Rasmussen's denial that Cook reached the North Pole, declares that Rusmussen became his enemy because of n snub administered by Captain Bradley. Cook adds that Rasmussen's story was based on Esquimaux testimony, and was gathered second-hand.
