NEWTON KING TJAS received instruction from the Executors in the Estate of the late John Oliver, Omata, to offer by Public Auction at his Mart, Devon-street, New Plymouth, on Saturday, January 14,1911, at 2 o'clock:— THE HOMESTEAD PROPERTY, being Section 7, Omata District, with six-roomed house and outbuildings thereon, together with 13 acres of land facing Main South road, subdivided into three paddocks, orchard and garden, situated about 3% miles from New Plymouth Post Office. Also,— Part of Section 44, Omata District, containing 15 acres of land, facing Sealey road. These are very convenient properties and are being sold to close the estate. All those pieces of land situate in the Township of Fitzroy West, conj - taining together two roods four perches and ninety-two hundredths of a perch, be the same a little more or less, being the sections numbered one hundred and two, one hundred and three, one hundred and- four, and one hundred and five on the plan of the said Township, and being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 50, Folio 38, Taranaki Registry. The above property will be offered for sale in one lot on behalf of. the Mortgagees, in exercise of the Power of Sale conferred upon them by a certain Memorandum of Mortgage dated the fourth day of October, 1902, and registered as No. 12596.
