'; SUMMARY AND FORECAST.
'> Bf Telegraph,—Press Association. '' "Wellington, Last Night. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast:—The winds have veered to southerly in all parts of the country to-day, and the. weather has been generally squally and snowery, and colder in the south. The barometer has fallen, and risen again everywhere. Present indications are for strong southerly winds, backing to westerly and increasing again, for another storm area is apparently now developing in the westward. Changeable and showery weather is probable generally. The barometer will probably rise for a few hours slowly, but fall again to-morrow and go low in the south.
