INGLEWOOD NEWS.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) At the Ihglewood Court on Wednesday, before Mr. Kenrick, S.M., R. Fraider was fined 5s for 'being the owner of certain dogs of a greater age than six months without having them registered. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following civil cases:—Berger and Henwood v. L. Hanright, claim £3 12s.lid, costs £H' lis; Arthur Leech v. Jane Bennett, 15s 6d, costs Gs; A. B. Gamlin v. William Mucles, 15s 4d, costs ss; same v. J. H. M'ansemann; £4 6s, costs 9s; Nicholls and Sfin v. John Dravitzki, £ll2, costs £3. lis; same v. Frank and Lambert, £29 10s, costs £3 Lis; A. E. Surrey v. Thomas Bevan, £5 Ms Bd, costs Bs. ' - In the judgment summons ease, Inglewood Borough Council v. John Rodgers, claim £8 Li's 3d. There was nonappearance of judgment debtor, who was ordered to pay the amount forthwith; in default 14 days in New Plymouth prison. A very big list was set down for hearing, but were either confessed to, adjourned, or struck out.
