The Court of Criminal Appeal decided in the affirmative, and will allow the prisoner a fresh appeal, the original sentence to stand if the appeal fails. r KILLED HER MOTHER. Paris, December 20. A girl named Vache, who killed her mother for resenting her marriage to a stockbroker, has been sentenced to ten years' solitary confinement.
