NtXIOUS WEEDS. fPHE attention of owngrs and occupiers of land is directed to Sections 9 and 10 of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, w'hich makes it compulsory to clear noxious weeds. Section 9 provides that the weeds shall be cleared so as to prevent them from flowering and any person allowing weeds to flower commits an offence and is liable to prosecution without further notice.
