The Victorian Government is seeking power to raise £2,000,000 for railway construction and other Government works. APPRENTICES' CONCESSIONS. Received 20, 1.5 a.m. Sydney, December 19. The Government has arranged for a system of apprentices' tickets on trams, starting on February Ist.
