Mutton, fine 395, medium 375; beef, fine 38s 6d, medium 365. AMERICAN WHEAT. London, December 14. The visible supply of American wheat is 7,547,000 bushels. ADELAIDE WOOL MARKET. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., have received cabled advice from their Adelaide office under date December 13 as follows: We offered 3250 bales of wool, competition being strong. Wools of good quality are unchanged, and medium quality 5 per cent. low«r, as compared with last sale's average rates. NOLAN AND CO.'S REPORT. Messrs Nolan and Co. report for the week ending December 14: — Poultry.—-On Saturday we had every ! pen well filled, over 400 birds being penned. There was a good' demand for all classes, hig|h prices being realised all through. We would recommend vendors taking advantage of preeeMt prices as the market will drop after Christmas. We quote: Hens, 2s to 2s 7d; cockerels, small, Is 7d to 2s 4d; roosters, Is 6d to 3s; ducks, Is I'M' to 2s 3d; ducklings, Is M to 2s 4d; geese, 3s 9d; goslings, 2s 7d; turkey hens 3s 3d to 6s, giooblers to 9s 6d; chickens, 4d to lOd. In the mart we held a special sale of furniture, which sold at satisfactory rates. Fruit.—Consignment's of local fruits are now coming to hand and meeting with good demand. We quote: American apples 14s 3d, oranges I9s 6d, straw-1 berries B%d to 9%d, cherry plums 4s 3d, tomatoes, 8d to 9d, cucumbers 2s to 3s per doz., cabbage Is 6d sack, gooseberries 3s 9d to 4s 3d, pines 9s 9d to 10s.
