By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, December 14. The Assembly sat throughout the night considering the Electoral Bill. There was an excited scene during one of. the divisions. Mr. Price accused Mr. Neilson, Minister of Lands, of greasing the fat man. Mr. Neilson replied that he would punch his nose, and rushed at Price. The Premier and others interfered. Mr. Neilson contented himself with using an expression which called for withdrawal and apology.
THE CLOSING STAGES.
Received' 14, 9.30 p.m. Sydney, December 14. In the later stages of the Assembly's sitting, wihen the Estimates were under discussion, the closure was frequently applied. THE GOVERNMENT'S ENERGY. Received 15, 1.10 a.m. " Sydney, December 14. The Assembly is discussing the Electoral Reform Bill. The Government is showing a strong determination to push tlie business through.
