Bates' summary and forecast i» as follows:—The winds changed from southerly to northerly in most parts of the country this morning, and the weather has been warm and hazy generally, but rain has commenced to fall in the far north. The barometer has to-day slowly fallen ..everywhere. Present indications are for increasing easterly and northerly winds generally. The weather will probably be cloudy and luuy everywhere, with Tain to follow soon in most parts of the country. The barometer will probably fall everywhere. .
