NEW ELECTORAL BILL. ' By Cable.—Press Associati#n.—Copyright. Received 13, 8.50 p.m. Sydney, December 13. The Electoral Act Amendment, Bill, introduced in the Assembly, reduces the qualifications to three months in the' State and one month in the voter's electorate. Polling will always take place on a Saturday, and the bqoths will be kept open till eight o'clock at night. Greater facilities will be afforded for people to get on the rolls, and members of the permanent naval and military forces, and the inmates of charitable institutions will be allowed to vote.
