THE WEATHER.
Bf Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. \ The Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast is as follows:—The winds changed to southerly last night in most partß of the country. Thunderstorms were reported on the east coast of both islands, and rain has fallen in many parts. The barometer rose everywhere during tie night. Present indications are for a faling barometer everywhere shortly, and probably low generally. Cloudy and hazy weather will probably increase, and unsettled weather prevail ogam shortly. Winds will probably decrease from the southward, and northerliea will prevail and increase by tomorrow evening.
