HEAVY LOSSES OF STOCK. Received 6, 1.10 p.m. London, December C. Owing to floods, many voters at Nottingham and Worcester were conveyed to* the polls in carts and boats. Hundreds of horses and cattle were drowned at Westbridgeford.
