In the East End Flying Club's floek race from Wellington, forty birds representing eight lofts competed. The weather was favorable, and good times were recorded, with the following results:—S. R. Lovell's "Bubble," 4hr 31min, 1; H. J. Moverley's "Karewai," 4hr 31min lOsee, 2; H. M'Gahey's "Darkie," 4hr 31%min, 3; W. C. Bransgrove's "Vandyke," 4hr 51min 50sec, 4. An interval race will be flown from Auckland on Saturday. Hamper, Thursday night early.
