By Cable—Press Association—Copyright, London, December % A luncheon was given at the Guildhall to-day to Rear-Admirals Shroeder and Murdoch and the officers of the American battleships. Mr. Balfour, Mr. Whitelaw Reid (American Ambassador), Lord Strathioona and Admiral Noel were present. Eight thousand of the rank and file of the fleet will be entertained to-morrow.
