SPECIAL ORDER AUTHORISING RAISING OF A LOAN. JN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 15 of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908," and with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Upper Carrington Road Special Rating Area in the Taranaki County whose properties are described in the schedule hereunder, testified by a petition tigned by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers of the aforesaid Special Rating Area, the capital value of whose properties as appearing on the Valuation Roll of the said County within the Special Rating Area is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who do not so consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order:— That for the purpose of forming and metalling the Upper Carrington Road, the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £SOO at 3% per centum per annum for a period of thirtysix and a-half years; and declares that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised.
