Judge Warrington, in Chancery, -gave judgment for the Amalgamated ilailwaymen in an action wherein Mr. Osborne sought a declaration that his expulsion from and the dissolution of the Walthamstow branch of the union were illegal. The judge held that the agreement members entered into on joining the society was illegal and in restraint of trade. CHOLERA OUTBREAK.Lisbon. November 30.
