LIEUT. -SHACKLETON IN GERMANY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 1, 10.15 p.m. Berlin, December 1. Lieutenant Shackleton has finished his lecturing tour in Germany. He spoke in the German language. Speaking at Mannheim, he wished Filchner's expedition every success. He declared that camaraderie in science knew no bounds. Filchner, replying, said if he achieved anything he would owe it to British explorers.
