A MISSING MAN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Tuesday. There is every reason to believe that the man who went out in a "boat at Auckland on November 12 and has not been seen since, although the boat was washed ashore, is William James Morrish, of Oriental Bay. Morrish's bro-ther-in-law, who inquired into the matter, is satisfied that the man who went out in the boat was Morrish, who was 32 years of age, had been a traveller for Messrs. Arch. Clark and Sons, and served with the sixth contingent. ARBITRATION COURT. Christchurch, Tuesday. The Arbitration Court this morning, Mr. J. M'Cullough dissenting declined to make an award in the shearing shed hands case on the grounds that there was no evidence before the court at the time when the reference was filed that there was any dispute between the parties,
