OIL TANKS EXPLODE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 29, 10.30 p.m. Berlin, November 29. Four tanks, containing 1,750,000 gallons of benzine, exploded at intervals uf half an hour, and were destroyed in the suburbs. Thousands witnessed the spectacle.

THE BRAZILIAN MUTINY. Received midnight. Rio de Janiero, November 29. The Government is disarming the crews of the warships Minasgeraes and Saoplo.
