A CRISIS IS APPROACHING. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, November 29. The first Condominium Court Avas opened in the New Hebrides on the loth. Count Esperanza, of Spain, is president. It is the first court of its kind in the world. An English resident of the New Hebrides, writing to a Sydney merchant, says: "The .Anglo-French Convention, from which much was expected, has turned out a farce and a scandal, and threatens to become a tragedy. A crisis is approaching."
