SUMMARY AND FORECAST. ~ By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. > The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates weather summary and forecast:—ine ■weather has been warm, and much ram fell on Sunday in many parts of the Dominion, proving most beneficial on the «ast coast of the South Island. Prevailing winds have been moderate to strong aortherlies and westerlies, varying to southerly on Sunday night. Present indications are for moderate to ''strong southerly and westerly winds generally, but increasing in Foveaux strait. The barometer will probably rise slowly everywhere, but a fall is due in the south after about thirty hours. Fair weather will probably prevail, but unsettled at times, especially in the far south.
