HORTICULTURAL SHOW

The New Plymouth Horticultural Society's Spring show will be held in the Theatre Royal on Thursday, December 8, and judging by the keen interest taken by exhibitors and the public generally in the recent rose «how, this year's spring show should eclipse anything the society have yet undertaken. The prize list, which is a long one, arranged on a liberal scale, should attract very large entries, and as the season has been a favorable one, the display of fruit, flowers, and vegetables should be one of the finest ever seen in the town.
